Ponyboy is something special to his owner Hailey! She met him in 2022 at Rillito Park in Tucson, AZ as an underweight shaggy little horse that was as honest as the day is long. She ran back into him at Arizona Downs that summer and recruited the backside of the track to get him sold to her. After some TLC and proper nutrition…this little horse blossomed into her best partner. Ponyboy carries the American flag at horse race events. He’s tough, resilient, hard-working, and solid…to quote Shakespeare “Though he be but little, he is fierce”.
